Rad Shipping Labels adds a label button to every order on the WooCommerce orders page. One click opens a print-ready label with the recipient’s name, address, postal code and phone number, laid out at the exact size of your label paper.

It works with the classic orders screen and with WooCommerce’s order tables (HPOS), and it is built for right-to-left stores as well as left-to-right ones: Persian, Arabic and English labels are all supported out of the box.

Features

• A label button on each row of the WooCommerce orders list.
• Any label size in millimetres, with common presets (A6, 100 × 150 mm and more) and adjustable margins.
• A choice of bundled label fonts for Latin and Arabic-script text, and the font size of your choice.
• Recipient address templates: inline or stacked layouts, alignment, and which fields appear (company, phone, email, second address line, country).
• Falls back to the billing address when an order has no shipping name.
• Full state and province names instead of codes.
• A live preview of the address template in the settings, and a “Label Preview” button that shows a label for your latest order.

Rad Shipping Labels Pro

Rad Shipping Labels Pro is a separate add-on that adds, among others:

• Sender, header and footer sections written with the WordPress editor, with your logo and QR codes.
• Order details on the label: order ID, payment and shipping method, customer note and an items table.
• Customer information validation with a report of the errors before printing.
• 13 ready-made label designs, a custom CSS editor and trying designs on the label preview page.
• Editing the label right on the preview page, automatic and manual font sizing, label rotation and bulk printing.
• Custom recipient template, a title or icon next to each customer field, the postal code in boxes and the order total.
• Background images, motivational quotes and translatable label texts.
• Access to the settings for shop managers.
