You can use MS Slots Plugin for google adsense or other ads, static banners, random banners etc

you can add a single slot anywhere in your template, e.g.

you can also add random slots, e.g.

to exclude slots, use

- Download the zipped plugin file to your local machine from http://shahidmau.blogspot.com.
- Unzip the file.
- Upload the “ms-slots” folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
- Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
