*Fence url is a very light plugin that lets you easily and safely change wp-login.php to anything you want.The wp-admin directory and wp-login.php page become inaccessible, so you should bookmark or remember the url. Deactivating this plugin brings your site back exactly to the state it was before.

Compatibility

I have been using this for a while and liked that it is lightweight and liked the possibilities for customization. But it stopped working a few months back and kept locking me out every time I used it since. Perhaps it needs some sort of upgrade. It could use a "success" notification to let user know it has made the requested change, too.
