You can use it to leave messages or other information to all users or only for specific roles or specific user.

Admin Dashboard Info is visible for every user. Admin Dashboard Info for Editora and Author is visible for every user which can edit posts.
You can allso display the selected widget only for a specific user, regardless of the role they have.
